Jeanie Kang founded JKang Legal, P.A. with the vision of creating a premier law firm focused on specific legal needs of families and businesses with international backgrounds.

Jeanie is a 1.5 generation Korean-American attorney and fluent in Korean and English. Jeanie earned her B.A. from State University of New York-Stony Brook and earned J.D. from Hofstra University-Maurice A. Deane School of Law located at Hempstead, NY.

Jeanie's practice is concentrated on helping small to midsize business owners with all types of legal challenges including, but not limited to, multimillion-dollar commercial real estate acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant dispute, and commercial lease negotiation. Further, Jeanie helps families with estate planning and all types of family matters.
